Huelva Ibero-American Film Festival

With nearly fifty years of history, the Huelva Ibero-American Film Festival is currently the showcase par excellence of Ibero-American cinematography. Every year, edition after edition, it showcases the most outstanding audiovisual creations from Latin America, both by established masters such as Humberto Solás, Manoel de Oliveira, Miguel Littin or Arturo Ripstein, and by young filmmakers who find in El Iberoamericano the ideal stage to present their work.

Since its inception in 1975, the Huelva Ibero-American Film Festival has occupied a privileged place in the framework of international film festivals, as it offers Ibero-American films the possibility of opening up to the European market. And not only because of its location, south of Europe, but also because of its recognized Ibero-American seal, which attracts the attention of professionals from the international sector, who find in the Huelva Festival a unique proposal, both for the quality of the films screened and for the rigorous selection of its program. An attractive program for the public and professionals.
